We encourage Members to resolve minor inconveniences (e.g., a dish left in the sink) with a direct, professional conversation. As high-performers, we value clear communication and mutual respect.
For recurring issues or breaches of the Sanctuary Protocol (bedroom cooking, solar misuse, unauthorized guests), message the Zuva Management Line directly.

At Zuva Homes, we hold our community to the highest professional standards. If you believe a recovery fee (fine) or membership termination was issued in error, you may request a Standard Review.
Zuva Homes operates as a professional partner to property owners. The Property Owner (Landlord) retains the final right to terminate a lease or request a vacancy. These decisions are external to Zuva’s membership standing and cannot be reviewed by management.
Submitting false evidence or harassing staff during a review is a breach of the Zuva Conduct Standard and will result in immediate and permanent membership termination.

A Zuva Sanctuary is defined by peace, productivity, and the "Always On" standard. To protect our Members and our assets, Zuva Homes maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding violence or threats.
Physical violence, weapons, or credible threats lead to Immediate Membership Termination.
Zuva honors all legally served Protection Orders (Peace Orders) issued by Zimbabwean courts. Aggressors will have access codes deactivated and membership terminated instantly upon receipt of paperwork.
We expect all disagreements to be handled through professional dialogue. Aggression (verbal abuse, yelling, or intimidation) results in a Level Red Zuva Score, mandatory review, and a final warning.
These standards ensure every resident experiences the excellence Zuva promises.
